Golkar Patuhi Proses Hukum Jika Setnov Kembali Jadi Tersangka
DPP Partai Golkar menyatakan bakal mematuhi proses hukum yang terjadi jika Ketua Umum Setya Novanto kembali ditetapkan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi proyek pengadaan e-KTP.
Sekretaris Jenderal Partai Golkar Idrus Marham menyatakan, meski belum mendapat kabar resmi soal penetapan kembali Novanto sebagai tersangka, partainya menghormati segala proses hukum yang berlaku.
Partai Golkar selalu menghormati proses yang ada, yang didasarkan fakta hukum dan juga untuk keadilan. Jadi tidak ada masalah. Kita senantiasa menghormati proses-proses yang ada, kata Idrus di Kantor DPP Golkar, Jakarta, Senin (6/11).
Idrus mengatakan, partainya belum memikirkan lebih lanjut langkah yang diambil atas penetapan tersangka oleh KPK tersebut.
KPK kembali menetapkan Ketua DPR Setya Novanto sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi proyek pengadaan e-KTP. Hal tersebut diketahui dari penerbitan surat pemberitahuan dimulainya penyidikan (SPDP) yang beredar di kalangan wartawan.
SPDP yang dikeluarkan pada 3 November 2017 itu menyebutkan, bahwa penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi e-KTP dengan tersangka Novanto sudah dimulai sejak 31 Oktober 2017. Surat itu ditandatangani oleh Direktur Penyidikan KPK, Aris Budiman.
Sumber di KPK membenarkan bahwa Ketua Umum Golkar itu kembali ditetapkan menjadi tersangka.
Novanto diduga telah melakukan korupsi bersama-sama Anang Sugiana Sudiharjo, Andi Agustinus, Andi Narogong, Irman, dan Sugiharto. Oleh KPK, Novanto dijerat dengan Pasal 2 ayat 1 subsider Pasal 3 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999 sebagaimana diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Korupsi (UU Tipikor) juncto Pasal 55 ayat 1 ke-1 KUHP.
Namun, KPK belum memberikan konfirmasi resmi soal penetapan tersangka kedua Novanto dalam kasus korupsi proyek e-KTP itu. Ketua KPK Agus Rahardjo saat dikonfirmasi CNNIndonesia.com belum merespons.
