Jokowi: Gubernur Jangan Banyak Bikin Aturan, DPR Cukup 1-2 UU
Presiden Joko Widodo menyoroti banyaknya aturan atau regulasi yang ada di Indonesia. Dia bahkan sempat mengeluhkan persoalan ini kepada kepala daerah hingga DPR.
"Saya sampaikan ke gubernur, bupati, jangan buat perda lagilah. Setahun (cukup) satu atau dua, cukup. Saya juga sudah omong ke DPR, nggak usah setahun 40 UU, 1-2 cukup asal berkualitas," kata Jokowi saat menghadiri acara Rembuk Nasional 2017 di JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat, Senin (23/10/2017).
Jokowi mengatakan Indonesia memiliki sekitar 42 ribu regulasi, baik yang dikeluarkan pemerintah pusat maupun daerah.
"Negara ini memang kebanyakan aturan. Regulasi ada berapa coba? Baik UU, PP, perpres, keppres, permen, pergub, perwalkot, 42 ribu banyak tumpang tindih bertentangan," ujar dia.
Jokowi mengatakan banyaknya regulasi itu menyebabkan terjadinya tumpah tindih aturan. Dia pun meminta agar kepala tidak usah membuat perda lagi.
Bahkan Jokowi juga meminta kepada DPR tak perlu membuat terlalu banyak regulasi. Yang penting regulasi yang dibuat berkualitas.
"Saya masih pusing mengatasi 42 ribu aturan ini. Saya minta pakar hukum urusi 42 ribu ini. Paling tidak separuh hilang, untuk mempercepat lari kita," katanya.
