Auditor BPK Akui Beri Kuasa ke Anaknya Laporkan Pegawai KPK
Auditor BPK Rochmadi Saptogiri mengaku memberi kuasa pada anaknya, Ikham Aufar Zuhairi, untuk melaporkan penyelidik KPK. Penyelidik KPK itu dilaporkan ke Polda Metro atas tuduhan penyalahgunaan wewenang dan perbuatan tidak menyenangkan.
Itu berdasarkan surat kuasa dari saya, kata Rochmadi usai sidang di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta, Jalan Bungur Besar Raya, Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (1/11/2017).
Rochmadi tak menjawab lugas ketika ditanya soal dasar pelaporan itu. Dia hanya menyebut penegakan hukum harus berdasarkan ketentuan hukum.
Ya menurut saya gitu, kalau penegakan hukum kan harusnya berdasarkan dengan ketentuan hukum juga, kata Rochmadi.
Sebelumnya diberitakan, penyelidik KPK Ario Bilowo dilaporkan ke Polda Metro oleh Ikham Aufar Zuhairi. Aufar adalah anak Rochmadi Saptogiri, mantan auditor BPK yang dijerat KPK.
Tak hanya Ario, dua penyidik KPK yang dilaporkan atas nama Arend Arthur Durna dan Edy Kurniawan juga dilaporkan ke Polda Metro atas tuduhan dugaan penyalahgunaan wewenang dan perbuatan tidak menyenangkan.
Hal itu diketahui dari salinan surat perintah dimulainya penyidikan (SPDP) dari Polda Metro Jaya ke Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) DKI Jakarta. Keduanya dilaporkan oleh Arief Fadillah, salah seorang saksi dalam kasus dugaan tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU), yang menjerat mantan auditor BPK Rochmadi Saptogiri.
SPDP itu bernomor B/73/3/X/2017/ Datro dan ditandatangani oleh Wadirreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Didik Sugiarto. Kini laporan ketiga penyidik KPK itu sudah masuk tahap penyidikan di Polda Metro Jaya.
