Dalam rangka menunjang pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, Fakultas Hukum Unnar terus melakukan berbagai kegiatan. Salah satunya ialah kegiatan penandatanganan Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) atau Nota Perjanjian Kerja Sama antara FH Unnar dengan Program Pascasarjana Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik (Selasa, 31 Juli 2018). Dekan FH Unnar Dr. Rusdianto Sesung, S.H., M.H. bertindak untuk dan atas nama FH Unnar menandatangani MoA bersama Wakil Rektor I sekaligus Dekan Fakultas Hukum UMG Dr. Khorul Anwar, M.Pd. Dalam kegiatan tersebut, Dekan FH Unnar mengatakan bahwa siap berkolaborasi dengan UMG guna melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, terlebih letak geografis Kabupaten Gresik yang tidak jauh dari Kota Surabaya (-+ 25 Km) menjadi faktor utama dalam memudahkan pelaksanaan berbagai kegiatan kerja sama.
Penandatanganan MoA tersebut merupakan tindaklanjut atas Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Nota Kesepahaman antara Rektor Unnar dengan Rektor UMG. Sudah menjadi tradisi bagi FH Unnar bahwa setiap MoU yang dibuat oleh Rektor Unnar harus ditindaklanjuti oleh Fakultas Hukum. Sebelumnya MoA telah dibuat dengan Fakultas Hukum Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 (Untag). Surabaya yang juga bagian dari pelaksanaan MoU antara Rektor Unnar dan Rektor Untag.
